Let's get this ball rolling! But first, please be sure to read our policies below!

  • Class Timing
    Each class is structured as a 3 hour class. The educator will need to arrive and set up at least 30 minutes prior to class and have 30 minutes to break down and pack up after class. Models will need to arrive 30 minutes after the class starts.
  • Class Cancellation & Rescheduling
    Class fees are non-refundable. In the event that the salon needs to reschedule a class, their is a $100 rescheduling fee.
  • Class Deposit
    All class fees are required at the time of booking. Class fees are non-refundable.
  • Class Supplies
    All supplies, models, tools, and equipment MUST be supplied by the salon or professional. WedLocks will not supply class supplies.
  • Class Models
    We suggest 1 model to every 2 professionals. Models should arrive 30 minutes after class starts. Each model should have hair between the bottom of their shoulder blades and their mid-back or face clean, exfoliated, and moisturized.
  • Class Travel Expenses
    WedLocks is based out of Denver, CO. All travel fees are based on the travel from Denver to the salon. Travel expenses vary widely depending on the location of the salon, but typically out-of-state travel expenses are between $500-$1000. For all out of state inquiries, please note that in your inquiry form.
  • Coaching Investment
    Your coaching investment can be broken up into payments. Each call costs $250. The complete payment for each call is due prior to the coaching call.
  • Coaching Calls
    Coaching calls can be done by a phone call, Skype, Facetime, or Duo, whichever you prefer. Coaching calls will start promptly at the time they are scheduled for. There may be a 5 minute grace period to work out any reception or technical difficulties.
  • Coaching Cancellation, No-Shows, & Rescheduling"
    One-on-one coaching exists on a relationship of mutal respect between the client and coach. I expect clients to respect my time just as much as I respect theirs, and because of that I draw some pretty hard lines when it comes to cancellations, no-shows, & rescheduling. Cancellations: Time, money, and a lot of hard work and thought has already been but into scheduling your calls, figuring out a battle plan. If you have purchased a package that includes mulitple coaching sessions, we will retain the $250 fee for each call already recieved and a $250 cancellation fee for the call that has been cancelled. If you have remaining calls, but would like to terminate the contract, the remaining balance will then be refunded. No-Shows: No-shows will still be charged for the scheduled call. Rescheduling: If you are rescheduling a call with less than 2 weeks notice, there is a $100 rescheduling fee.
  • Coaching Process
    - Fill out the inquiry form on the Booking page. - We will send you a detailed questionnaire to fill out. - We will then schedule your complimentary Strategy Call. - After our Strategy Call, I will send you a customized Battle Plan. - If we’re a good fit for eachother, we will send a contract and invoice! - Finally, we will get you booked for your first coaching call!
